The Operational Doctrine
The Royala Standard™.
The Royala Standard™ is our own written operating standard — not an outside certification. It sets how staff are trained, how service is delivered, how the work is inspected, how problems are corrected, and how finishes are cared for.
Every account runs on this standard. When a property needs its own program, we study the building first — its use, its materials, its access rules, and the presentation expected of it — and write the program from what we find. That is what we mean by Bespoke.
Asset Preservation
The Royala Asset Preservation Standard™
Cleaning covers the ongoing care and presentation of the space. Asset Preservation adds a second objective: the condition of what is being cleaned. Stone, leather, hardwood, lacquered millwork and finished metals each wear differently, so each is matched to a product, a tool and an interval that suit it.
Each account carries a material schedule — what is on site, what care it needs, and who on our team is trained to handle it. Condition is observed on visits, noted with photos, and brought to you with a recommendation when something needs attention.
Request the Standards BriefOperational Pillars
Six disciplines. One standard.
Training Systems
Every steward completes a documented onboarding curriculum covering surface chemistry, executive-floor etiquette, and security protocols before stepping onto a client site.
Supervisor Audits
On-site inspections scored against your checklist by a supervisor — not self-graded by the crew on duty.
Communication Protocols
Single named account manager. Response within one business day. Defined escalation path for after-hours incidents.
Inspection Cadence
Inspections happen on a set schedule, with photos, and the report is saved to your client portal.
Quality Assurance
A ten-item closing checklist is verified before any visit is logged complete.
Executive Presentation Standards
Surfaces reset, air left neutral, hardware and glass cleaned correctly — the space ready for whoever walks in next.
Service Sequence
Sequenced. Documented. Verified.
- 01Pre-arrival walkthrough by the lead steward
- 02Defined zone sequencing, never improvised
- 03High-touch surface disinfection logged by zone
- 04Soft-cloth treatment of all hardware and finishes
- 05Restroom audit benchmarked to executive-floor standard
- 06Climate, scent, and acoustic verification before close
- 07Photographic documentation of post-service condition
- 08Final sweep — silent walkthrough by the supervisor
Oversight & Accountability
One named manager, accountable.
A dedicated account manager owns your engagement end-to-end: reporting cadence, supervisor audits, escalation handling, and the quarterly standards review. Concerns are addressed within one business day — by name, not by ticket.
Every Royala engagement is covered by a signed confidentiality agreement. Service records are kept private to your account.
