Debris removal, sticker and adhesive lifting, drywall mud knockdown, and full site preparation — performed once trades have cleared the structure.
The Detail Clean
Deep scrubbing of window tracks, cabinet interiors, hardware, light fixtures, vents, and every fingerprint left on the millwork.
The Turnover Pass
A final detail pass scheduled near the walkthrough. Glass, stone, and stainless are cleaned and checked before handoff.

Built around the commercial turnover schedule.
The service sequence is planned with the general contractor or commercial property team. Rough, detail, and turnover cleaning are scheduled around trade completion and the expected walkthrough.

Phase 1 · Rough Clean
Once the trades have cleared

- Hard-floor burnish where the finish allows
