General

Is Royala Services a janitorial company?

No. Royala Services is an executive facility presentation and asset preservation organization. Our work is structured around operating frameworks rather than line-item cleaning tasks, and our clients are professional organizations that treat their environment as part of how they compete.

Where does Royala operate?

Royala serves commercial and executive environments across Central Florida. We do not currently provide residential, one-time, or sub-5,000 sq ft service.

What kinds of organizations does Royala serve?

Law firms, corporate offices, financial institutions, professional service firms, Class A office environments, and commercial property management organizations.

What is included in an Executive Office Maintenance Program?

A structured, multi-cycle service cadence governed by The Royala Asset Preservation Standard™ — daily presentation, weekly preservation cycles, periodic deep-care intervals, and ongoing supervisor inspection.

Do you provide post-construction services?

Yes. Royala delivers post-construction facility preparation for completed Class A spaces, including final-detail finishing and presentation readiness before tenant occupancy or grand opening.

Can a program be customized to our facility?

Every account is built as a Customized Service Program calibrated to the environment, operating hours, occupant profile, and presentation expectations of the organization.

03 — Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

How does Royala enforce its standards?

Every account is governed by The Royala Inspection Model™ — Presentation, Execution, Consistency, Accountability, Improvement — with supervisor-led audits scored against the Royala Gold Standard™.

What is the Royala Gold Standard™ scoring system?

95–100 is Royala Gold Standard™. 90–94 meets Executive Standards. 85–89 indicates Improvement Required. Below 85 triggers Corrective Action — a documented response handled by an account lead, not absorbed silently.

Who is accountable to our organization day-to-day?

Each account is assigned a single named account lead responsible to the client's facility lead or principal — one point of contact, one point of escalation, one point of accountability.

How are after-hours environments handled?

Teams are vetted for client-matter sensitivity and trained to leave no trace of presence. Access protocols, key control, and security coordination are agreed to in writing during onboarding.

What does executive presentation include beyond cleaning?

Glass, leather, stone, millwork, finishes, and architectural detail are preserved on a cycle appropriate to the asset class — not treated as incidental wipe-downs in a janitorial scope.

05 — Law Firms

How does Royala handle confidentiality on legal floors?

Personnel are background-screened and trained in client-matter sensitivity. Filed work, exhibits, and case materials are not disturbed, and after-hours access follows a documented protocol approved by the firm.

Can Royala maintain conference and deposition rooms for daily use?

Yes. Conference, mediation, and deposition rooms are staged for use as part of the daily presentation cycle — inspected against the standard before the business day begins.

06 — Consultation Process

Consultation Process

How does an engagement begin?

Engagements begin with a private Executive Consultation — a structured conversation about your environment, operational priorities, and presentation expectations. There is no quote process and no pricing exchange at this stage.

Do you provide free estimates?

No. Royala does not operate as a quote-driven vendor. Proposals follow a Facility Review and are scoped to the operational requirements of the environment.

What happens after the consultation?

Qualified engagements proceed to a Facility Review, followed by a customized program proposal, onboarding plan, and assignment of a named account lead.
