Is Royala Services a janitorial company?

We do provide commercial cleaning — and more than that. We run a written program with set procedures, scheduled inspections and material-specific care, because our clients treat their space as part of how they present their business.

Where does Royala operate?

Royala serves commercial and executive environments across Central Florida. We do not currently provide residential, one-time, or sub-5,000 sq ft service.

What kinds of organizations does Royala serve?

Law firms, corporate offices, financial institutions, professional service firms, Class A office environments, and commercial property management organizations.

What is included in an office maintenance program?

A written schedule with set procedures for each area: daily presentation work, weekly cycles, and periodic deep-care intervals for floors and finishes. A supervisor inspects the work on a set schedule and the report goes into your portal.

Do you provide post-construction services?

Yes. We do final detail cleaning for completed and renovated commercial space — glass, stone, millwork, fixtures and floors — checked against the punch list before the space is handed over.

What is the difference between Royala Services, Royala Bespoke, and Royala Asset Preservation?

Royala Services is commercial cleaning and facility care run under The Royala Standard™: written procedures, a set schedule, inspections, corrective actions and reporting. Royala Bespoke means we study the property first — how it is used, what it is made of, how access works, and what presentation is expected — and then write the program for that building. Royala Asset Preservation adds a focus on condition: materials are matched to care methods, condition is documented over time, care intervals are scheduled, and we bring you recommendations before wear becomes damage. These are three different relationships, not three price levels, and an account can use more than one.

Can a program be built around our facility?

Yes. After the facility review we write the program from what we saw: your hours, your access and security rules, the materials in the space, the areas your clients see, and the priorities your facility lead gives us. Those details become the procedures our teams follow and the checklist we inspect against.

03 — Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

How does Royala enforce its standards?

Supervisors inspect the work on a set schedule and score it on five things: presentation, execution, consistency, accountability and improvement. Anything below standard is logged, assigned a correction, and verified after the fix. This is our own internal standard, not an outside certification.

How is service scored during an inspection?

A supervisor inspects the work against The Royala Standard™ and records what meets it and what does not. Anything below standard is written down, assigned a correction with a due date, and checked again after the fix. The scoring scale itself is internal to our operations; your inspection reports and corrective actions are available in your client portal.

Who is accountable to our organization day-to-day?

Each account is assigned a single named account lead responsible to the client's facility lead or principal — one point of contact, one point of escalation, one point of accountability.

How are after-hours environments handled?

Teams are vetted for client-matter sensitivity and trained to leave no trace of presence. Access protocols, key control, and security coordination are agreed to in writing during onboarding.

What does executive presentation include beyond cleaning?

Glass, leather, stone, millwork, finishes, and architectural detail are preserved on a cycle appropriate to the asset class — not treated as incidental wipe-downs in a janitorial scope.

05 — Law Firms

Law Firms

How does Royala handle confidentiality on legal floors?

Personnel are background-screened and trained in client-matter sensitivity. Filed work, exhibits, and case materials are not disturbed, and after-hours access follows a documented protocol approved by the firm.

Can Royala maintain conference and deposition rooms for daily use?

Yes. Conference, mediation, and deposition rooms are staged for use as part of the daily presentation cycle — inspected against the standard before the business day begins.

06 — Consultation Process

Consultation Process

How does an engagement begin?

Engagements begin with a private consultation — a short conversation about your facility, your schedule and what matters most to you. Pricing comes after we have walked the space.

Do you provide pricing and proposals?

Yes. Pricing follows a Facility Review at no cost to you. We walk the space, measure the areas, note the materials and your schedule, and then build a written proposal. We do it in that order so the number reflects your building rather than a guess over the phone.

What happens after the consultation?

Qualified engagements proceed to a Facility Review, followed by a written program proposal, an onboarding plan, and a named account lead assigned to your facility.

Executive Consultation

Have a question that's specific to your environment?

Schedule a private consultation to discuss your facility goals, operational priorities, and presentation requirements.
